Our LifeGroup Leaders facilitate a safe space where people can be known, loved, and cared for while they grow spiritually.
To become a LifeGroup Leader, we ask that you:
If you feel that you meet these qualifications and would like to pursue the process of becoming a LifeGroup leader, tell us more about yourself and the type of group you'd like to lead. We'll get in touch with you to help find the right fit for your ministry.
To become a LifeGroup Leader, we ask that you:
- Seek to follow Jesus Christ and grow in your faith
- Attend Montrose Church regularly
- Have previous small group or spiritual formation experience
- Affirm Montrose Church’s statement of faith
- Have time and ability to relationally invest in your group
- Communicate well and invite others into community
- Meet with and are approved by Groups Pastor
- Commit to attending all LifeGroup leader training meetings
